You are required to develop a coaching strategy for management development.
Part 1: Design coaching program
Design and develop a coaching strategy for a coaching program for an organisation that wants to create an emotional intelligence program. You are welcome to create a simulation to make your work represent real-world situations.
Your report must include:
o Coaching program purpose and objectives.o Identify key stakeholders who will be consulted to gain support for the program.
o Identify what other organisational structures will be required to support the program.
• Develop timelines for coaching strategy implementation in consultation with stakeholders.
Your report must be 1 to 2 pages long.Submit all work as professionally written documents within the timeframe allocated.

There are key advantages to coaching in the workplace. Most people want to perform well at work but sometimes don’t have the experience or knowledge on how to best succeed. When coaching is effectively used, it helps employees build new skills faster, facilitates pride and confidence in the work, and fosters trust with the boss.
The result is a more motivated staff, with members who also end up coaching each other in many cases, sharing tips and tricks taught to them. It inspires more learning at work and creativity through team bonding. Most companies with a coaching leadership style integrated into the hierarchy have improved employee performance, fewer mistakes and greater productivity.

One of the most important qualities of a good hospitality employee is emotional intelligence. In a job where you have to be friendly, welcoming, and attentive to anybody and everybody who walks through the door, being a “people person” is a must.

The trust thermometer is an exciting group activity that fosters interpersonal trust. The exercise involves participants to line up against a wall and step forward as they respond. Several real-life situations are given to the respondents, and they are asked to make moves according to the level of trust they think they have in each case.
