The restaurant is Chong Co Restaurant .Our chefs at Chong Co Thai have over 15 years of experience cooking up delicious and authentic Thai food. We’re open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. It’s no secret that our customers keep coming back for our most popular dishes like pad Thai, tom yum goong, Massaman curry, som tum papaya salad, and our amazing crispy soft-shell crab. We use only the freshest Thai herbs and ingredients to maintain the highest in our menus.This strategy will make my restaurant fix all the problem.
To train the staff we had created a training day course that will thoroughly improve the quality and effectiveness of the staff. This one day strategy is great for giving staff quick and efficient training techniques that will teach them the essential parts of giving quality service. Training takes time and money, which are important resources for the restaurant, making the time shorter will save money and therefore is better
The electronic waiter system will give waiters a much easier job and also can give the chefs an easier job. The waiter system will allow the waiters to send the order straight to a big screen where the chefs can read the order. This will be installed by professionals. The chairs will be a simple but noticeable difference to people that are not of average size. These people will be grateful for the thought and will respect the restaurant.
It has been proven that the lighting of a restaurant is very important for setting the right atmosphere. Having a dim light will create a relaxed and calm atmosphere where a bright light can create an energetic and active atmosphere. The last implementation strategy is to improve the online presence of the restaurant. Getting the restaurant into all the review sites, having a professional website and advertising the websites through discount books and companies like scoopon and groupon will be the strategies that should be used.
Contributions made to the success of the team such as instances where team members do that little bit extra for hit a team target, achieve a team goal. Suggestions and effort that is well-intentioned but fails to translate into anything tangible for example, a team member made a suggestion that couldn’t be implemented, or a team member did something and really made an effort but had no positive outcome such as quoting for a function, tendering for a contract.......
