A diverse collection of skills and experiences (e.g. languages, cultural understanding) allows a company to provide service to customers on a global basis.

  • Australia social is diverse, this is the reason that people from other countries will feel more comfortable to stay and travel in Australia because they will meet some of people who speak their languages.   • According to where they were born so they have their own technology which might help the organization or their social to develop work, relationship, or even save the organization budget .

  • Social justice
  • Diverse people has different belief and culture, this is hard to judge people just what they do because this might be right for some of them and wrong for some people. People will feel to open their mine and turn to have the positive thinking, good attitude with the people who from different culture.

  • Individuals bring a number of differences to work, such as unique personalities, values, emotions, and moods. When new employees enter organizations, their stable or transient characteristics affect how they behave and perform. Moreover, companies hire people with the expectation that those individuals have certain skills, abilities, personalities, and values. Therefore, it is important to understand individual characteristics that matter for employee behaviors at work.
