Induction and training
Everyone, such as the employees, clients and helpers must follow a set induction program that provides information and skills to perform the jobs well. They will also be required to attend a training program that informs them about all organisational policies and procedures.
Induction Checklist
When searching for the right candidate for the vacancy of the finance manager, it was important that I first sure that the advertising was sufficient enough to reach the largest number of applicants with financial experience. Then we had a large number of applicants online which we had to sort out from best to worst. We chose the top few applications and advise them to attend an interview.
The interview was the most important part for getting the right applicant with the best attitude and ethics for the job. There was a strict selection criteria which help us identify the best applicants. From there we looked at the responses and chose the applicant we believed which best benefit the company.
The applicant that was selected has some of the best skills and talents required for the vacancy and the experience to manage and control a group of staff members. This applicant stood out from the rest and I am sure that this applicant will work well in the company.
