Objectives
People Identified given the Objectives
Access the People and groups identified
To access the managers, I will hold a managers meeting. This is a meeting that involves all the managers consulting each other and discussing the actions that should be taken to resolve the issues and reach the objectives. Managers should be easily accessible as they are needed to make decisions and consult with others.
Workers are harder to access because there are more workers to consult with and communicate with.
Time needed for credibility
This plan will take 3 months. The performance of the staff will be reviewed every week to monitor the performance of the workers.

Execution Plan
Culturally Sensitive communication
Discrimination is about not giving everyone a fair chance. If you are being treated differently because of your age, gender, race, religion, colour, etc you are being discriminated against. Equal Employment Opportunity groups are groups that are more likely to be treated unfairly, such as women, gays, foreign, etc.
The organisation must implement anti-discrimination policies and procedures. Anti-discrimination protects the people that get discriminated against. These people are especially known as EEO groups. The anti-discrimination legislation gives opportunities to those that need it. Employers and other people should not look at people for their skin, culture and background but their skills, talents and usefulness in the workplace.
Appropriate Choice of individuals and groups for each issue/objective
All these people must be consulted with when making decisions to deal with the issue and meet the objectives. They are the main stakeholders of the company and they also know where the weaknesses and strengths are for the business.
Appropriate choice of communication channel
Communication is important. The management must be communicating to the employees as much as possible in order to reduce the confusion. The employees will work better if they know exactly what they need to do and why they are doing it. I will be communicating to them through emails, meetings and also just visiting areas of the workplace to check the progress and performance. This will generate a culture in the workplace and the role I have to play is to ensure that the culture is beneficial to the employees. I must control the culture and communicate better ways of improve the culture.
A meeting is great for discussing topics that are relevant need a clear understanding. Meetings can be good for explaining, discussing and also brainstorming about certain ideas. Employees should be involved in the meeting to help identify the best opportunities as everyone will have a different view on how the company can improve.
Customers are the people that all companies want to satisfy. Satisfied customers means, more sales and more profits. A customer feedback form can identify all the areas that a company needs to improve in order to have an effective and efficient work operation.
Giving customers the company email, can help get customer feedback and information from the customers directly. It helps because the customers can write as much as possible in an email. Therefore for getting detailed feedback, emails can be very effective.
