Trucking Manager/ operation manager helped in identifying purchases of new operational equipment and various activities of truckers which need to be coordinated and identify training needs of drivers so that work place injuries can be reduced.
Office manager is helped to identify motivation needs of office workers so that they feel motivated to learn and develop.

General Manager to ensure reports are provided to stakeholders and they are satisfies with current situation.Human resource manager: will collect all feedback and assessments on change management and provide detail report to general manager.
Trucking manager: will coordinate and manage activities of trucking team and authorise operational equipment purchase.
Recommendation and conclusions
Use of productivity function of GPS /PDA and implementation of one person/truck are of highest priority by the end of first quarter of financial year 2012 as it will lead to efficient use of resources and will reduce need to hire truckers from outside to achieve expansion plans. It will also help in reducing work place injuries. However active involvement of Trucking manger, human resource manager and General Manager is must to ensure smooth transition and to motivate employees to accept change in positive way.
