The main strategy to improve the quality of teams is to use problem solving strategies and techniques, to identify weaknesses and develop strategies to eliminate the weaknesses of the company.

PDCA stands for Plan-Do-Check-Act or Plan-Do-Check-Adjust. This is a 4 step management strategy which involves these 4 words:
Plan – Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the expected output (the target or goals).
Do- Implement the plan, execute the process, make the product, etc.
Check – analyse and monitor the results. Identify any performance gaps and issues and identify ways of improving the performance.
Adjust – use the results from the check step, to identify ways to improve the plan and get a better performance.
