    General Manager to ensure reports are provided to stakeholders and they are satisfies with current situation.Human resource manager: will collect all feedback and assessments on change management and provide detail report to general manager.

    Trucking manager: will coordinate and manage activities of trucking team and authorise operational equipment purchase.

    Recommendation and conclusions

    Use of productivity function of GPS /PDA and implementation of one person/truck are of highest priority by the end of first quarter of financial year 2012 as it will lead to efficient use of resources and will reduce need to hire truckers from outside to achieve expansion plans. It will also help in reducing work place injuries. However active involvement of Trucking manger, human resource manager and General Manager is must to ensure smooth transition and to motivate employees to accept change in positive way.

All these systems were important for AC Gilbert to make the best quality toys possible. A team was assigned to each system to make sure that each part of the process was done carefully.

  • The Key Result Areas to evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain are the quality of the products. The main aim of the supply chain is to create the best quality products at the cheapest price possible. Therefore the cost of the supply chain is another measurement of the effectiveness of the supply chain. Use of technology was another measurement.
