    Tables – tables are used to organize data per category, this is better for data that is not easily comparable.

    Tallying – this is a simple way of counting to compare different options. This is used for getting customer feedback.

  • Data matching describes efforts to compare two sets of collected data. This can be done in many different ways, but the process is often based on algorithms or programmed loops, where processors perform sequential analyses of each individual piece of a data set, matching it against each individual piece of another data set, or comparing complex variables like strings for particular similarities.

    List five organisational budget and resource constraints that an organisation may face when the planning and execution of an advertising. Word count is not critical for this question, however, your responses must be relevant and specific to the advertising context.

    Master budget is the set of financial and operating budgets for a specific accounting period, usually the next fiscal or calendar year. Master budget is prepared quarterly or annually.

    Operating budget is the budget for income statement elements such as revenues and expenses.

    Financial budget is the budget for balance sheet elements. In other words, financial budget deals with the expected assets, liabilities, and stockholders’ equity.

    Cash budget is the budget for expected cash inflows and outflows during the specific period of time. Cash budget consists of four sections: receipts, disbursements, cash surplus or deficit, and financing section.

    Static (fixed) budget is the budget at the expected capacity level. Because static budget is fixed, it is usually used by stable companies.

    The Trade Practices Act is a federal law that deals with almost all parts of the marketplace including unfair market practices, product safety, price monitoring and industry codes of practice.

    Privacy laws

    The Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) is an Australian law which regulates the handling of personal information about individuals.

    Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

    Codes of practices

    A code of practice provides detailed information on how you can achieve the standards required under the marketing laws.

    Anti-discrimination law refers to the law on the right of people to be treated equally. Some countries mandate that in employment, in consumer transactions and in political participation people must be dealt with on an equal basis regardless of sex, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, mental, sexual orientation, gender identity and sometimes religious and political opinions.
