    Assessment Event 2: All Things Homely Simulation

    In this assessment, you will undertake a number of tasks associated with planning, coordinating, and evaluating a set of promotional activities for the All Things Homely shop.

    Task 1: Plan Promotional Activities

    In this task, you will plan your promotional activities to achieve the overall marketing objectives. This will involve identifying the promotional objectives and then selecting activities within the promotional mix of advertising, public relations, sales promotion, and personal selling. You will be required to provide the reasoning for the selection of your activities within this mix. You will then develop a draft action plan that indicates strategies and tasks to be implemented. This will require consultation with stakeholders to confirm this action plan.
