Indeed, Lebara has huge competitors that are implementing the idea to have new promotions to reach new targets and markets. A clear example of this is Telstra that is offering new services in big cities of Australia like Sidney and Melbourne. Therefore, it is important that Lebara analyse competitors promotions to create a promotion to balance the competition.
the target audience that will be benefited by doing this new promotion will be men and women with ages between 20 to 35 years old that are those professionals and students who like to buy new phones and data phone services. The target audience will be also people with salaries higher than $50000 per year.
