Regarding the research findings from Lebara’s annual reports, interviews made to some employees it can be concluded that this company needs to implement new promotions to reach more clients. Furthermore, it is important that the company refine or write a new strategic plan to improve its current processes. It is important to have a multicultural work team within each department to have an inclusive workplace. Stakeholder and experts to have a better understanding on how an idea can be turned in a new strategy for the company.
