WHS management provide many benefits such as encouraging healthy behavior in the workplace. However, it is essential to incorporate other safety solutions at the workplace to ensure the environment is accident-free.

The major benefit is that WHS management provide employees with safety regulation procedures required to do their properly and safely. For instance, WHS trains staff how to properly handle heavy objects and teaches employees how to minimise risk.

  • Employee Retention
  • Employee retention is also important. retention the staff with good customer service is more important than retention the staff with poor customer service. This is because the good customer service will be better for customers. • I will use KPIs to measure the company growth. Key performance indicators can be both quantitative and qualitative measurements of how a business or employee is progressing towards the organizational goals.

    3. Evaluate Options

  • Cost-benefit
  • The cost benefit analysis is a process by which business decisions are analyzed. The benefits of a given situation or business-related action are summed and then the costs associated with taking that action are subtracted. Some consultants or analysts also build the model to put a dollar value on intangible items, such as the benefits and costs associated with living in a certain town. Most analysts will also factor opportunity cost into such equations.

  • Risk Analysis
  • Possible risks include:

  • Ineffective strategies
  • Increased losses

must study and be able to pass the test which shows that they have an understanding of the workplace laws.

  • Workplace health and Safety
  • WHS laws apply to all of these workplaces, and many more. The laws also make clear the importance of communicating and consulting with workers to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to contribute to making workplaces safe. Training new and current staff is a standard procedure which gives them more experience and provides them with information which can make them work more efficiently and safely. The management team must firstly be trained in keeping a workplace safe and secure for employees to work in. Employees that do not feel safe in a workplace will not perform as well as they should.

  • Equal Employment opportunity
  • Colesworth will use a wide range of advertising to promote EEO. This is important as it can fill any vacancies easily.to make sure that the advertising does not discriminate against any EEO groups, it will:

Anyone with a disability should only be treated by their capabilities and skills. If they can perform the task like normal, they should not be discriminated against.

    5.

There are many ways to communicate to the stakeholders of the company effectively. However most of them will come under 3 main categories. The first category is Face-to-face communication. This is the most effective way to communicate the organisations objectives. Face-to-face communication could be face-to-face conversations, meetings and walk around management. These ways get the most attention from employees. Electronic communication is less personal and less effective than face-to-face communication Emails, messages, phone calls and website communication will not get the employees attention. The last category is by print, such as letters or employee manuals. This is often unnoticed or ignored as it is not personal and does not engage the management.
