Selection report

In the selection process, Raj and Leila were the best applicants with experience, skills and knowledge that were much better than the other applicants. In the interviews Leila answered the questions well with a score beating Raj. Leila’s contact however spoke less favourably as there were issues with Liela’s methods. Raj’s contact only spoke of good things, saying that he will be a great worker and only wants to improve.

Finally, when the decision needed to be made, Raj was the best applicant and was chosen for the position as café manager at CoffeeVille.
